Alison Swallow has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alison most recently worked at ShipStation, where they started in September 2018 as a User Success Specialist and transitioned to become an Enterprise User Success Specialist in July 2019. Alison then became an Enterprise User Success Associate Manager in August 2019 and was promoted to Manager of Support QA in June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager of Support QA, starting in July 2022.
Prior to their time at ShipStation, Alison worked at Fabi and Rosi as a Manager from November 2014 to September 2018. Before that, they worked at Mulberry Bistro and Wine Bar as a Manager responsible for Customer Service and Personnel from October 2012 to November 2014. Alison also gained experience as the General Manager at DK Sushi from April 2008 to October 2012 and as a Manager at Tom's Tabooley from April 2007 to April 2008.
Alison Swallow received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Korean Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin - College of Liberal Arts, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" and "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in July 2022 and May 2022, respectively.
