Giuseppe Fichera has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Giuseppe is currently working as a New Business Account Manager, ANZ at ShipStation, starting in August 2021. Before that, they worked at Sphere Drones, where they held various positions. From February 2021 to July 2021, they were a Customer Success Executive. Prior to that, they worked as a Support Manager from June 2019 to February 2021 and as a Customer Care Representative from October 2016 to May 2019. Giuseppe also has experience working at Coles as an Employee from October 2014 to January 2016, and as an Assistant at Sphere Drones for a short period in July 2014.
Giuseppe Fichera began their education at Marist Brothers in 2011 and completed their studies there in 2014. Giuseppe then attended Champagnat Catholic College from 2014 to 2016. Following this, from 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at Western Sydney University. In addition to their formal education, Giuseppe has obtained several certifications, including "Being an Effective Team Member," "Building Self-Confidence," "Customer Service: Call Control Strategies," "Productivity Tips: Setting Up Your Workplace," "Productivity Tips: Taking Control of Email," "Service Metrics for Customer Service," "Tips for Writing Business Emails," and "Working With Children."
