Kelsi Sands has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kelsi started their career as a Care Provider at Spectrum Community Services, Inc., where they taught independent living skills to special needs adults. Kelsi then worked as a Therapeutic Staff Support at SPECTRA Autism Center, where they provided vocational instruction to individuals on the autism spectrum. Kelsi later became a Camp Counselor at SPECTRA Autism Center's City Surfers program, working with a 1:1 ratio of kids to staff. Kelsi also worked at The Barkway, a boarding/daycare facility, as a Keyholder, managing various tasks such as answering phone calls, creating reservations, and administering medication to dogs. Additionally, Kelsi worked at Monkey see monkey do as a Keyholder/Retail personnel, responsible for cash handling, customer interaction, and social media content creation. Kelsi then transitioned to Taurus Academy as a Front Desk Staff, handling client communication and managing reservations. Most recently, Kelsi joined ShipStation as an Enterprise Merchant Support Specialist, providing technical support and troubleshooting to users via phone, chat, and email. Their responsibilities also include participating in continuing education courses and monitoring printer issues. Throughout their career, Kelsi has gained experience in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and working with individuals with special needs.

Kelsi Sands completed their high school education at September Highschool from 2007 to 2010, earning a High School Diploma. Kelsi then pursued further education at Front Range Community College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology. In addition, they acquired a certification in CPR/ First Aid in July 2014.
