Brad Osborne

Brad Osborne is a Technical Product Manager at Returnmates since January 2024, focusing on enhancing customer and client return and delivery experiences. Previously, Brad served as Senior Technical Project Manager and VP of Technology at PNC from October 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading sprint ceremonies and coaching on Agile practices. Prior to that, as Senior QA Lead at Riot Games from August 2011 to October 2018, Brad led a team to integrate test automation into League of Legends’ build pipeline, improving reliability and issue resolution. Early career experience includes web development roles at Signature Advertising & Marketing Solutions and as a contractor. Brad holds a degree from the University of Mississippi, attended from 2004 to 2010, and completed high school at Pascagoula High School from 2000 to 2004.
