MacKenzie Viau

Mackenzie Viau currently serves as the Head of Central Operations at Returnmates since March 2023, previously fulfilling the role of General Manager Operations for Strategic & Behavioral Health Accounts at Wheel from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Lime, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Marketplace Operations for the Americas & APAC and Senior Operations Manager for California, Utah, and Idaho from May 2019 to May 2022. Mackenzie held the Regional Operations Manager position at Backroads from February 2014 to March 2019, overseeing operational quality and staff training for global tours, along with managing budgets and inventory. Earlier experience as an Operations Coordinator at Motivate International Inc. involved scaling bike share operations and optimizing fleet efficiency. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College between 2004 and 2008.
