Scott Le is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and team leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Returnmates since December 2021, Scott previously held the same title at Fetch Package from June 2019 to March 2021. In earlier roles at Favor Delivery, Scott progressed from Runner Success Specialist to Team Lead and Community Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding over 1,000 Runners weekly and training new Drivers. Additionally, Scott served as a Firefighter with the COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT from May 2011 to June 2015, focusing on equipment management and supply record maintenance.
