Karan Dhyani holds a Bachelor's degree from UPES and has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in operations and community engagement. Currently serving as Associate Director at Shipsy since March 2024, Karan orchestrates design-led operation transformations while focusing on rider attrition, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction. As a founding team member at wohthh since May 2015, community outreach initiatives have positively impacted over 5,000 lives through partnerships with local bodies and NGOs. Previous roles include Lead of RevOps at EdgeGrid, where Karan created India's first renewable energy marketplace, and Head of Operations at Apollo 24/7, responsible for significantly improving medicine delivery times. Karan's earlier tenure at Swiggy was marked by launching dark stores during the pandemic and enhancing operations management.
