Brian Gorman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy within the retail and delivery sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Last Mile Operations at Shipt, Brian Gorman is responsible for developing the operational vision for the company's Last Mile delivery service and leading key areas such as New-Market Activation, Driver Engagement & Retention, and Field Operations. Prior to Shipt, Brian Gorman held various leadership roles at Target from November 2008 to April 2021, including Strategic Initiatives Leader and Store Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing large teams, managing logistics processes, and enhancing the customer experience across multimillion-dollar retail units. Brian Gorman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and is set to further his leadership education at Stagen Leadership Academy in late 2024.
