Brittney S.

Brittney S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social impact and workforce development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Social Impact at Shipt since October 2021, Brittney leads strategic initiatives and partnerships focused on addressing food insecurity, health disparities, and sustainability. Prior roles include Associate Manager of Economic & Social Impact at Protective Life, where Brittney spearheaded enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and Manager of Workforce Development at the Birmingham Business Alliance, where Brittney developed regional programs to nurture early-career talent. Earlier experience includes managing career development efforts at Education Corporation of America and successfully leading a youth employment initiative at the Jefferson County Committee for Economic Opportunity. Brittney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management and Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently enrolled in the Stagen Leadership Academy.
