Vishal Gadhavi

Vishal Gadhavi is a seasoned professional in social impact measurement and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), currently serving as Senior Manager of Social Impact Measurement at Primark since January 2023. Previous experience includes leading the Portfolio MEL function for the British Embassy in Kathmandu through Abt Associates, managing extensive MEL projects at Itad, and providing strategic guidance for the SHIREE programme in Bangladesh with Ecorys UK. With a strong background in both project management and technical support within various development sectors, Vishal has contributed to significant programs aimed at poverty reduction and social protection. Vishal holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a BSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
