Chase Baggett

Chase Baggett serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Shipt, where responsibilities include leading strategies that optimize supply and demand, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing real-time systems to improve service availability. Previously, Chase held the position of Senior Director of Data Science at Shipt, focusing on building teams and capabilities that drove efficiency across the platform, and earlier as Director of Operations Research, developed optimization frameworks resulting in significant cost savings. Prior experience at C.H. Robinson included roles such as Director of Analytics Product Development and Data Science Manager, where Chase advanced analytics frameworks and collaborated on machine learning initiatives. Chase also gained early experience as a Data Analyst at HEBA Law and holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Dallas.
