Joe O'Brian

Joe O'Brian is a seasoned professional in user experience research with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Shipt since March 2023, Joe previously held roles at Happy Money as Manager and Senior User Experience Researcher from February 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Human Factors Scientist and Human Factors Scientist at Research Collective from May 2015 to February 2021, where Joe focused on human-centered research methodologies. Joe began the professional journey as a Graduate Researcher at Arizona State University and has also gained operational experience as an Operations Associate at Zocdoc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
