Kamau Witherspoon

Kamau Witherspoon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Shipt since March 2022 and is a Board Member of NNN REIT, Inc. since January 2022. Witherspoon is also a member of The Executive Leadership Council since January 2020. Prior to current roles, Witherspoon held significant positions at Target, including Senior Vice President of Operations from December 2018 to March 2022, and various leadership roles within the company from 2007 to 2015. Other notable experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operational Performance and Readiness at UnitedHealth Group, Chief Restaurant Excellence Officer at Yum! Brands, General Manager at Hines, and Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. Witherspoon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College and an MBA in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
