Megan Hardin

Megan Hardin is a skilled Campus Recruiter at Shipt since June 2017, managing the full life-cycle of recruiting for campus and full-time positions while fostering relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates. With a strong emphasis on building university relations and internship programs, Megan coordinates career fair efforts, develops employment branding, and implements career development curricula for interns. Previous roles include Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Shipt, as well as a Graduate Fellow and Teaching Assistant during educational pursuits at The University of Alabama. Megan has also contributed to the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama as an Advisor to the Youth Department and organized spiritual retreats. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Environmental Studies, Women & Gender Studies, Political Science, and Philosophy from Birmingham-Southern College, along with a Master of Science degree in Geography from The University of Alabama.
