Melanie Laird is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in integrated marketing, project management, and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at Shipt since May 2022, Melanie has held various leadership roles, including Senior Marketing Project Manager at Shipt, Marketing Solutions Supervisor at Onovative, and Marketing Operations Director at Main Street, Inc. Prior to these positions, Melanie was the Senior Customer Experience Director-Team Lead at Blu and Vice President-Marketing & Communications Director at Crane U, Inc. With a solid foundation in marketing account management at Blu and AmSouth Bank, as well as a background in direct marketing at NCP Solutions, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, English from The University of Alabama.
