Nicole Adkins is an experienced professional in community management and social media strategy, currently serving as the Community Management Director at Shipt since April 2023, after being promoted from Director of Social Media Response where leadership of multiple teams was pivotal. Nicole's foundational experience includes roles as Co-Founder of Favorite and Adkins LLC since January 2023, focused on event planning for local bars and restaurants, and a Social Media Coordinator/Copywriter at CENTERS, where campaign execution and brand messaging were key responsibilities. Past roles also include a Marketing Consultant/Account Manager at YP and a Social Media Coordinator at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the same institution.
