Paul Farley

Paul Farley is a seasoned finance leader currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A at Shipt, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the last mile delivery business through investment prioritization, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. Previously, Paul held various finance roles at Target from 2008 to 2021, including Finance Manager overseeing FP&A for international and domestic transportation, and Senior Financial Analyst supporting the supply chain and capital expenditure planning. Earlier experience includes positions at U.S. Bank, where Paul developed annual plans and forecasts for the Operations & Quality business line. Paul holds an MBA in Finance and Management from UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in International Management and Spanish from Hamline University.
