Nikki Baker is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and team building. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Pre and Post Route Operations at Veho since December 2021, Nikki previously held the role of Manager of Driver Operations Support. At MasonHub, from March 2021 to November 2021, Nikki successfully established a world-class customer service team and processes in California and Pennsylvania. As Customer Service Operations Manager at PT Organics Ltd. between January 2020 and October 2020, Nikki achieved significant financial recoveries and handled substantial sales orders. Nikki holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Academy of Austin, obtained in 2009.
