Kapil Saini

Kapil Saini is a professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as a Last Mile Operations Executive at Shipway since August 2022, Kapil previously worked as an Information Technology Team Lead at KWD from January to July 2022, where responsibilities included team training, guidance, and performance monitoring, along with marketing and promotion activities. Prior to that, Kapil was employed at Dixon Technologies India Limited from September 2016 to April 2021, first as a Logistics Operations Specialist responsible for report generation, inventory management, and shipment tracking, and then in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, overseeing the quality of set-top boxes and managing project deadlines. Kapil holds a degree in Hardware Engineering from the Government College of ITI, completed in September 2018.
