Rekha Yadav has extensive experience in quality assurance, operations management, and technical support within the technology and business development sectors. Currently employed at Shipway since March 2019 as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Technical Support Specialist, Rekha is responsible for implementing new changes in the platform and providing technical assistance. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development Executive at Mentcom, focusing on B2B operations and revenue growth, and as an Outbound Sales Specialist at Healthians, where skills in preventive healthcare sales were developed. Rekha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, earned in April 2017.
