Louie Matos

Louie Matos is a skilled First Class Outside Machinist currently employed at Colonna's Shipyard since June 2018, with a background in mechanical work. Prior experience includes roles as an Outside Machinist at Shipyard Staffing and General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk, where significant contributions were made to the overhaul of reduction gears on the Ft. McHenry, the Tortuga, and the Whidbey Island from June 2010 to June 2014. Louie Matos holds an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from ECPI University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
