Eglė Miltakienė has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they were the CMO at Shipzee, Inc., where they implemented rebranding and new front to grow conversions and better user experience, facilitated changes in the marketing structure and optimized processes, and analyzed and revamped channel monitoring towards more accurate tracking and attribution. Eglė was also the Marketing Team Lead, where they set KPI reporting across all marketing operations, improved team workflow processes and SOPs, and executed the marketing vision to maximize revenue and growth. Additionally, they were the Content Manager, where they integrated precise content & campaign planning through all mediums, entered additional 2 markets, and localized content and tailored advertising strategies. In 2016, they were the Content Marketer & Copywriter at a different company, where they helped other brands to solve problems with product content and sales channels, did content and SEO optimization for digital commerce channels, and wrote technical and creative content for a variety of topics. Additionally, they were the Marketing Manager at Hermit & the 7 Foxes, where they did a full development of a physical product from scratch, developed a brand, its communication strategy, and its content, and created a fully customizable online store.
Eglė Miltakienė is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Translation and Localization of Technical Texts from Kaunas University of Technology, which they started in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Translation of Technical Texts from Kaunas University of Technology in 2015.
