Adele Heraty

Adele Heraty is an experienced organisational development professional currently serving as the Manager Organisational Development at the Shire of Ashburton since October 2020. In this role, Adele is responsible for overseeing OD, HR, and WHS advisory services while contributing to strategic planning and workforce initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Group Organisational Development Consultant at Perenti, Human Resources Project Manager at the City of Stirling, HR Manager Projects at Catholic Education Western Australia, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AECOM, where Adele also completed an international assignment in Malaysia. Adele's career began as a Consultant at DAV.
