Neil Husbands is an experienced engineering and asset management professional with a robust background spanning over three decades in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Asset Planning at the Shire of Esperance since October 2017, Neil's previous positions include Manager at Engineering Hub (WA), Asset Maintenance Manager at Southern Metropolitan Regional Council, and Engineering Manager at Amcor. Neil began their career as a Production Engineer at Crown Cork & Seal, gaining extensive project management expertise at companies like Alcoa and Westcan. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University and a Certificate IV in Lean Manufacturing from Swinburne University of Technology.
