Dave Overton is an experienced environmental professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Environmental Program Manager at Shirley Contracting Company since February 2020, Dave previously held the position of Environmental Manager at Kiewit from September 2018 to February 2020. Prior to that, Dave contributed as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Angler Environmental and Williamsburg Environmental Group between November 2014 and November 2014, and August 2001 to January 2006, respectively. Dave's professional journey began as a Resident Engineer at Campbell and Paris Engineers. Educationally, Dave holds a degree from Virginia Tech, earned between 1994 and 1999.
