Dale Goss

Dale Goss is currently the Director of Consulting Services for North America at Shirley Parsons, having joined in May 2024. With extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) consulting, Goss has held several leadership roles, including Principal & Operations Leader at BSI from June 2015 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing consulting operations and complex projects. Goss also served as Regional Practice Lead and Client Steward for key accounts, focusing on the growth of the Safety, Health, and Wellness Practice and resolving complex EHS issues for global clients. Earlier experience includes directing EHS functions at EORM and holding various consulting positions. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Health from the University of Arizona, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Arizona State University, and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
