Natalie Crockatt

Natalie Crockatt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Shirley Parsons since May 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Head of Human Resources at TSL Ltd from December 2020 to May 2022 and held various positions at Biffa from 2011 to 2020, including HR Shared Services Manager and HR Business Partner.
