Wendy Perkowski

Wendy Perkowski is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at SHIROKI North America, Inc. since October 2017, Wendy oversees benefits administration, compliance, investigations, and the implementation of HRIS systems, among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Human Resources Manager at POWERVAR for a decade, where involvement included compensation, staffing, and health and safety. Wendy's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where extensive experience was gained in HR management, loss control, and operations. Wendy holds a BS in Marketing from Illinois State University and an AA in Business Administration from the College of Lake County.
