Aya Mitake

Aya Mitake currently serves as VP and Head of Program Management at Shiseido's Digital Transformation Office since September 2021, and as Director at 資生堂インタラクティブビューティー since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Aya held various positions at KPMG Ignition Tokyo as Sr. Manager of DX Solutions from June 2020 to September 2021, and spent two decades at Amazon in multiple managerial capacities, including Manager of Supplier Tools & Experience, Marketing Leader for Amazon Fresh, Senior Product Manager for Kindle Content, and Technical Product Manager for Online Traffic, among others. Educational background includes a degree from Aoyama Gakuin University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
