Charles de Montalivet

Charles de Montalivet serves as the Country Managing Director for Shiseido in the UK and Ireland since May 2019, overseeing a team of 1,400 and managing sales exceeding £250 million across notable brands like NARS and Bare Minerals. Prior to this role, Charles held various significant positions at L'Oréal, including General Manager for EMEA and General Manager for Giorgio Armani & Designer Brands in the UK and Ireland, where responsibilities included P&L management and the strategic turnaround of market share. Additionally, Charles contributed as a Non-Executive Board Member at The Fragrance Foundation UK from January 2020 to March 2023.
