Fidan Abbasova

Fidan Abbasova has extensive experience in the beauty and retail sectors, currently serving as Group Commercial Director at Shiseido since January 2013, overseeing operations for 10 brands across 10 markets in the Gulf and Levant regions. Fidan previously held the position of Commercial Director for Russia & CIS at Shiseido, managing a large team and providing competitive market insights. Earlier roles include Retail & Education Director at Shiseido, where strategic operational improvements were implemented, and various positions at TWC Group, Prestige Parfums, Golden LTD, and VMF, focusing on business development and brand management. Fidan graduated from Baku State University of Languages with a Bachelor’s degree in translation.
