Lauren Disalle

Lauren DiSalle has extensive experience in finance, holding key positions in both Shiseido and Coty. Since April 2018, Lauren has served as Executive Vice President for both Americas Financial Services and Accounting, Tax & Supply Chain Finance at Shiseido. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Coty from 1998 to 2017, where responsibilities included leading the global finance organization for the Consumer Beauty Division, directing financial operations across the Americas, and overseeing corporate finance functions. Lauren's early career included positions at Arthur Andersen & Co., and educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Binghamton University School of Management.
