Maximilien Bogaert

Maximilien Bogaert has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as EVP Operations at Shiseido Americas since August 2018, Maximilien oversees the S&OP team, focusing on demand and supply planning as well as managing contract manufacturers. Prior to this role, Maximilien was the SVP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Tarte Cosmetics for nearly a year, responsible for leading the manufacturing and supply chain group during a period of rapid growth. From January 2000 to October 2017, Maximilien held various positions at L'Oréal, including Manufacturing Supply Chain Director for L'Oreal CPD Europe, where the focus was on improving supply chain performance and supplier integration, and VP Market Supply Logistics CPD Americas, overseeing S&OP for mass market brands across North America. Maximilien's educational background includes a degree in engineering with a specialization in Chemistry from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, attained between 1995 and 2000.
