Valerie Charpentier

Valerie Charpentier currently serves as the CHRO EMEA at Shiseido since March 2022. Previously, Valerie held the position of Group CHRO France - Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Groupe from September 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included addressing talent challenges and reorganizing agency structures. Valerie's experience also includes serving as Group Chief Talent & Sourcing Officer at Richemont, where a new talent management approach was designed for 35,000 employees across multiple countries. Additionally, Valerie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cartier, overseeing HR strategies for 8,000 employees in 26 countries. Prior roles included senior consulting at Douge International and HR leadership at Christian Dior Couture, AIG, and PwC. Valerie earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
