Vinod Nayak

Vinod Nayak is an experienced professional with a strong background in program and project management, particularly within enterprise applications. Currently serving as Associate General Manager at HCL Technologies Ltd. since October 2016, Vinod has previously held roles as Program Manager and Group Manager in the same organization, focusing on solutioning, enterprise application strategy, and vendor relations. Prior to joining HCL, Vinod worked at Standard Chartered Bank for over 13 years in various capacities within corporate and retail banking, as well as IT support, where significant contributions were made to process automation and MIS reporting. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, as well as PGCHRM qualifications from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
