Arti Dawar

Arti Dawar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arti started their career at NIIT LTD. as a Senior Executive from February 2001 to October 2003. Arti then joined MothersonSumi Infotech & Designs Ltd. as an Associate Manager in Human Resources from November 2003 to February 2007. Arti then moved to HCL Technologies, where they worked as a Manager in Human Resources from February 2007 to March 2012. Arti'snext significant role was at Shiv Nadar School, where they held various positions. Arti started as the Head of Human Resources in January 2011 and served in that role until June 2020. Arti then became the Director of People, Culture & Operations from July 2020 to June 2021. Following that, they became the Chief Operating Officer from July 2021 to January 2024. Currently, Arti Dawar holds the position of Deputy CEO at Shiv Nadar School.

Arti Dawar holds a PGDBM degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
