Dr.anisha Madhukar

Dr. Anisha Madhukar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr.Anisha started their career in 2001 as a Research Associate at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and later worked as a Research Associate at UNIDO. Dr.Anisha then joined the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade as a Faculty member.

In 2005, Dr. Madhukar transitioned to the private sector and joined Infosys BPO as a Project Manager & Macro Economist. Dr.Anisha also worked at Infosys Limited as a Practice Lead in Business Strategy & Consulting.

In 2013, they joined Deft Advisory and Research Pvt. Ltd. as a Foreign Trade Specialist in a consultative role. Dr.Anisha then worked at HSBC as an AVP in Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance.

Dr. Madhukar's passion for education led their to Shiv Nadar School, where they worked as the Academic Head from 2015 to 2017. Dr.Anisha then became a self-employed Educational Consultant before returning to Shiv Nadar School in 2019 as the Head of the Department of Business and Enterprise.

Throughout their career, Dr. Anisha Madhukar has demonstrated expertise in various fields, including education, finance, consulting, and research.

Dr. Anisha Madhukar holds a doctorate in International Trade and Environment from Jai Narain Vyas University, completed from 1994 to 2002. Dr.Anisha also obtained a Certification in School Management & Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2021. In terms of secondary education, they completed their ICSE from St. Mary's Convent School between 1980 and 1991. Additionally, they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Economics, Political Science, and Psychology from Loreto Convent. Dr.Anisha also holds various additional certifications, including Universal Design for Learning - UDL from Harvard Graduate School of Education to be obtained in 2023, IBDP Teaching Learning and Assessment in Economics Category 3 from the International Baccalaureate to be obtained in 2022, and others.
