Rohit Shadeja

Rohit Shadeja, FCS has extensive experience in legal and corporate secretarial roles. Rohit started their career as an Executive at Moser Baer India Ltd in 2007 and later held positions such as Assistant Manager - Secretarial at VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED. Rohit also served as Company Secretary at Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management Private India Limited and as AGM - Legal & Corporate Affairs at RIVIGO. Most recently, they were the Associate Director - Legal & Company Secretary at MobiKwik before taking on the role of Head Legal & Corporate Secretarial at Shivalik Small Finance Bank in 2021.

Rohit Shadeja, FCS started their education at BBL Public School Bareilly where they completed their CS degree. Rohit then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from CCS University, followed by a Fellow Membership in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Finance from IMT and is a Fellow Member of ICSI.
