Shankar Aggarwal

Mr. Shankar Aggarwal was an Indian Administrative Service officer Uttar Pradesh, (1980 Batch). He served as the Secretary Ministry of Labour & Employment and Secretary Urban Development, Government of India. Mr. Aggarwal has more than 16 years of experience at Joint secretary level and above in the field of Administration, Urban Development, Industrial Development, Defence, Information Technology, Labour, in the respective Ministries of Government of India. Mr. Aggarwal also has very rich experience of working in very senior positions in various depts of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, especially in the area of finance, energy and industries.

Mr. Aggarwal is Postgraduate in Computer Technology Engineering, from IIT, Delhi and Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IIT, Roorkee.
