Cindi Turner-Bryan

Cindi Turner-Bryan is an experienced Project Manager and LEED Accredited Professional with a strong background in managing multi-discipline project teams and overseeing all project phases. Currently at Shive Hattery since August 2011, Cindi is responsible for contract negotiation, workflow planning, and budget management. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Terrus Real Estate Group from May 2003 to August 2011, where Cindi managed project lifecycles and prepared RFPs and bid documents. Additionally, Cindi worked as a Project Administrator at Construction Services, Inc., and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, focusing on administrative support and recruitment processes. Cindi has pursued business studies at Des Moines Area Community College and Upper Iowa University.
