Brent Haney possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Site Manager at Shively Bros., Inc. since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing cost per piece reports, overseeing the ramp up and ramp down of machining programs, and leading tooling engineers. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer at Nexteer Automotive from 2015 to July 2019, Site Manager at Shively Brothers from May 2011 to August 2015, where similar responsibilities were held, as well as serving as a Tooling Engineer responsible for machining process improvements and tooling inventory management.
