Henry Koncan

Henry Koncan is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Site Manager at Shively Bros., Inc. since January 2020, Henry oversees a team of over 40 personnel supporting GM Toledo Transmission operations around the clock. Prior to this role, Henry was a Program Manager at Pangeo Corporation, where collaboration with manufacturing and technical centers in multiple locations was essential. Henry's extensive experience at General Motors includes roles as Global Total Manufacturing Integration Engineer and Manufacturing Implementation Engineering Manager, contributing to the launch of automatic transmission modules and vehicle assembly plants. Henry began the career as a Product Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
