Cyril Grand has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to innovation, design thinking, lean management, and process development. Cyril currently works at Shizen as an Innovation Mentor, providing support in design thinking and lean expertise. Prior to this, Cyril worked as a Trainer at NEOMA Business School, specializing in the master's program for digital innovation supply chain. Cyril also worked as a Senior Consultant at Progress Partners SAS, where they focused on innovation and design for Lean Six Sigma. Cyril has previous experience at Accenture as a Lean Six Sigma MBB and at Autoliv as both a Production System & Quality Director and a Quality Manager & Lean Sigma MBB. Cyril began their career at Autoliv France as a Kaizen & Lean Engineer and also held a role as an Industrialization Engineer at La Couronne. Cyril's early experience includes a project at Mars in process development.
