Matthew currently serves as the Managing Partner at SHK Asia Pacific, where Matthew handles global search and people advisory for a blue chip APAC client base. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at safesearch/envirosearch, Hays, and other organizations, gaining experience in leadership, business development, and talent acquisition. Matthew holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability from Monash University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Acadia University, among other qualifications.
