Cody Penland is a manufacturing supervisor with extensive experience in production operations, currently leading device assembly at SHL Medical for the United States autoinjector market. Previously, Cody served as Manufacturing Supervisor I at Baxter International, overseeing shifts and managing teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity in IV bag production. With a background in production technician roles, Cody has developed proficiency in plastics manufacturing and machine operation. Additional experience includes mechanical assembly at Continental and various student engagement roles during academic pursuits, supported by a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in History from Montreat College.
