Doug Hostetler

Doug Hostetler is a seasoned professional in business development and operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for the Americas at SHL Medical since June 2023. In this role, expertise is applied to develop new drug-delivery-device combinations for North America. Previously, Doug spent nearly 15 years at West Pharmaceutical Services, holding multiple positions including Sr. Manager of Business Operations and Senior Business Development Manager, where significant contributions were made to support drug administration systems and customer relations. Doug began a career in account management at Lancaster Laboratories and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1988.
