Srijit Basu (巴蘇）

Srijit Basu is a Process Engineer at SHL Medical responsible for taking care of the FAAM machine, maintaining OEE%, and solving technical issues. Additionally, Srijit is the Lean Champion for the Global Operations Engineering team, focusing on achieving lean manufacturing goals. Previously, Srijit worked as an Industrial Engineer at Bokaro Steel Plant, optimizing processes in the SMS. Srijit also has experience in administration, marketing, and sales as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Core & Corner世界公民文化中心. Srijit holds a Master's degree in International MBA from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from KIIT. Srijit also participated in a Semester Exchange Program in Computer Science and Information Engineering at Nanhua University.
