Ailsa Thomas

Ailsa Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and digital operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Operations at SHL since June 2021, Ailsa oversees the design and implementation of new operating models and leads various change programs to integrate company acquisitions. Prior to this, Ailsa held roles at CEB as Director of Product Management, where strategic ownership of the product roadmap and team leadership were key responsibilities. Ailsa's tenure at SHL also includes positions as Head of Platform Management, where international strategy and customer engagement initiatives improved product NPS scores, and as a Senior Product Manager focusing on process efficiencies. Ailsa began a career in taxation as a Tax Assistant at Grant Thornton and advanced to Senior Product Manager at CCH Software. Ailsa holds an MBA from London Business School, completed in 2016.
