Deepak Singh is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in end-user computing, service desk management, and technical support. Currently serving as a GSD Manager at SHL since October 2021, Deepak previously held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2010 to October 2021, including Service Desk Manager and Team Leader, where expertise in ITIL processes and bilingual support in English and French was utilized. Prior to this, Deepak worked as a Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, focusing on project administration for Telecom projects in Canada. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Delhi University and multiple diplomas in French studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Alliance Francaise.
