Dr. Sunitha Murthy

Dr. Sunitha Murthy has extensive experience in consulting and assessment, currently serving as a Consultant at SHL since June 2015, where responsibilities include leading assessment centers. Prior to this role, Dr. Murthy worked as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, focusing on the design and delivery of assessment centers, and as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Mytrah Energy (India) Limited, where the development of the Learning and Development function was a key responsibility. Dr. Murthy also served as Product Development Lead at Pearson TalentLens India, where adaptation of psychometric tests for the Indian market was a primary task, and worked as an Organizational Psychologist at Eduquity Career Technologies, contributing to the consulting and development team in creating psychometric tests and conducting assessment centers. Dr. Murthy holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Bangalore University.
